Heavy Equipment Operator
We're seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You'll work on land clearing, grading, and site preparation projects across Alabama, operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment and report any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Perform manual labor when required to support site operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- 90 day probationary period
Requirements
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator.
- CDL Class A preferred.
- Ability to show up on time consistently.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to perform manual labor as needed.
